Question 1

What items do you take?

Accepted Answer

Furniture, mattresses, appliances, electronics, yard debris, remodel scrap, bagged trash, hot tubs, sheds, playsets and general household clutter. We can't take hazardous waste such as paint, chemicals, asbestos or fuel — text us a photo and we'll tell you straight away.

Question 2

How do your delivery services work?

Accepted Answer

Send us the pickup address, the drop-off address and a photo of the item. We give you a flat price, load it with straps and blankets, and set it where you want it. Great for marketplace finds, store pickups, furniture and appliances.

Question 3

Do you offer same-day junk removal?

Accepted Answer

Often, yes. Same-day and next-day slots in Fort Wayne and surrounding towns depend on the day's schedule, so call or text 260-342-9776 early and we'll tell you what's open.

Question 4

How does pricing and quoting work?

Accepted Answer

Quotes are free and no-obligation. Pricing is based on how much space your items take in the trailer plus any heavy or labor-intensive items. Text a photo for a fast estimate, or we'll confirm the price on site before we load a thing.

Question 5

Do you handle both residential and commercial cleanouts?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Homes, garages, rentals and estates, plus offices, retail spaces, job sites and property-management turnovers.

Question 6

Do I need to be home for the job?

Accepted Answer

Not always. If the items are accessible in a driveway, garage or yard, we can confirm by photo, complete the job and send you before-and-after pictures.

Question 7

What happens to the stuff you haul away?

Accepted Answer

Usable items go to local donation centers when we can, metal and appliances go to recyclers, and only what's left goes to the transfer station.
